We are seeking an ambitious and experienced German-speaking Business Setup Consultant to join our team in Dubai. This role is important in driving our business forward, and building strong relationships with clients, particularly those from German-speaking regions. If you have a passion for business and sales coordination, a strong customer orientation and the ability to communicate fluently in German and English, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, offering tailored company setup and restructuring solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand the needs of clients in German-speaking regions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for the German market.
- Negotiate and close business deals that contribute to the company’s growth and profitability.
- Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and business meetings to enhance the company’s presence in the market.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Responsible handling and coordination of confidential legal client documents.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in consulting, sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the company setup, tax, legal, or business consultancy sectors.
- Strong understanding of the business culture and market dynamics in German-speaking regions and the Middle East.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- UAE work-experienced candidates are preferred.
