The UAE has jumped to 7th place in the 2024 World Competitiveness Report, moving up three spots and surpassing countries like Norway, Iceland, Japan, Canada, and Finland. This report, published by the International Institute for Management Development in Switzerland, highlights the UAE’s strong performance in various areas.

The UAE is ranked second globally in economic performance, fourth in government efficiency, and tenth in business efficiency.

The UAE continues to climb the ranks in global competitiveness indicators.

The World Competitiveness Report evaluates countries based on 336 criteria across economic, administrative, social, and innovation aspects. This year, the UAE has improved in all four main pillars of the report.
